• Our shipping carrier is United States Postal Service (USPS).
   
• This is available for shipments to Continental U.S. addresses only.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

• Continental U.S. Shipping only.

• Processing Time + Shipping Time = Total Delivery Time

• Since Roulette Clothing works with numerous vendors, the "Processing Time" usually ranges from 24 hours to TWO business days. During this time we are: receiving your order, sending the information to the appropriate vendor, and packing the order for shipment.

SHIPPING NOTIFICATIONS

• Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation e-mail. Please take note of your tracking number.
   
• Once you have received your Shipping Confirmation email, you can use the tracking number to watch your order?s shipping status.

ORDER TRACKING

After you place your order, you will receive 2 emails from Roulette Clothing.

• Immediately after you place your order online, you will receive an ORDER CONFIRMATION email. This confirms that your order was received.

• When your order ships, you will receive a SHIPPING CONFIRMATION email. This email contains your TRACKING NUMBER.

TRACKING NUMBERS

Please take note of your Tracking Number from your Shipping Confirmation email. This number will allow you to track shipments on through the Shipping Carrier’s website.
